1. Who we are

Low Cortisol Entertainment is the label under which Radosław Skórzewski, trading as Low Cortisol Entertainment Radoslaw Skorzewski, ul. Sienkiewicza 85/87, piętro XI lok. 8, 90-057 Łódź, Poland, NIP PL7312076985, publishes mobile games ("our apps"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: low.cortisol.entertainment@gmail.com.

2. What this policy covers

Our apps on Google Play, and this website. The website sets no cookies and has no ads or analytics. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which receives your IP address and the technical details of each request to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. Its fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser also sends your IP address to Google when it loads them. The legal basis for both is our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. What our apps process, and why

ServiceDataPurposeLegal basis
Advertising: Google AdMob and Google's consent tool (UMP) advertising ID, IP address (gives an approximate location), device and app information, how you interact with ads showing ads, measuring them, limiting how often they appear, preventing fraud. Ads are personalised only if you agree (EEA, UK, Switzerland) or do not opt out (US states) consent for personalised ads (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); legitimate interests for non-personalised ads, frequency limits and fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f))
Purchases: Google Play Billing and RevenueCat purchase history, a random app user ID, device information completing and restoring purchases, refunds, preventing fraud performing our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b))
Game statistics: GameAnalytics game events (levels started and finished, sessions, purchases), device information, country, a random analytics ID understanding how the game is played and fixing its balance consent where the law requires it, otherwise legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)); turned off for players under 13
Crash reports: Sentry error reports with device and app information and a random install ID; no names or email addresses finding and fixing crashes legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f))
Support email your email address and what you write answering you legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)); kept up to 2 years

Your game progress and settings are saved on your device and are not sent to us. On first launch our apps ask for your year of birth to set age-appropriate ads and offers; the answer stays on your device. Where Google Play provides age signals, we use them only to apply stricter settings, never for ads or analytics.

Offers in our apps may be personalised based on your play: we choose which fixed-price item to show. Prices are never personalised.

4. Children and teenagers

Our apps are made for players aged 13 and over. If the year of birth entered shows a player under 13, the app shows no personalised ads and no full-screen ads, turns game statistics off and shows no purchase offers. Players aged 13 to 15 see only non-personalised ads and no personalised or time-limited offers.

5. Who receives data

For our apps: Google (AdMob, Google Play), RevenueCat, GameAnalytics and Sentry. For this website: Cloudflare and Google (Google Fonts). Each works under its own terms and privacy policy, either on our behalf or as an independent controller. Some of them are in the United States; transfers there rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data for money. Under some US state laws, showing personalised ads counts as "selling" or "sharing"; you can opt out as described below.

6. How long we keep data

Only as long as needed for the purposes above, then it is deleted or anonymised. The providers keep data for the periods set in their own policies.
