1. Who we are

Our apps are published by Radosław Skórzewski, trading as Low Cortisol Entertainment Radoslaw Skorzewski, ul. Sienkiewicza 85/87, piętro XI lok. 8, 90-057 Łódź, Poland, NIP PL7312076985, under the label Low Cortisol Entertainment. Contact: low.cortisol.entertainment@gmail.com.

2. Using our apps

By installing or using one of our apps you accept these terms and the store's terms (for example Google Play's). We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own entertainment. Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or use cheats or tools that change it.

3. Coins, boosters and other in-game items

In-game items such as coins and boosters are part of the licence to use the app. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to anyone else. Every purchase gives the fixed contents shown before you pay; we never sell random rewards. Items you bought are restored on reinstall through the store's "restore purchases".

4. Payments and refunds

Purchases are made and charged through the app store, at the price the store shows in your currency. Refunds follow the store's refund policy (for Google Play: Google's refund help page) and your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU, you agree that the digital content is delivered at once after purchase, and you accept that the 14-day right of withdrawal then ends; your other statutory rights, including those for faulty content, are not affected.

5. Ads

Our apps show ads. Some are optional and give a stated reward when you choose to watch them. A No Ads purchase removes the ads that interrupt play; optional reward ads stay available, as its button says.

6. Availability and changes

We update our apps and may change or end features. We try to keep them working but cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, the apps are provided as they are, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

8. Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
